Psychology first
Strategies rarely fail on paper. They fail in the seconds between thought and action—when fear, hope, and impulse take control. The first edge is learning to recognize that moment before clicking.
Edge Every Trade helps traders build the psychology, preparation, and execution process required for consistent decision-making under pressure.
Three principles shaped my own journey from impulsive trading to disciplined execution. None are complicated. All are difficult.

A plan made in calm is more likely to survive volatility. Define the scenario, response, risk, and exit before the candles begin moving.
A few winning trades do not prove an edge. Size should follow validation, consistency, and controlled risk—not excitement. Scaling too early does not create success; it magnifies weakness.
Naming what you feel before you act — and choosing the response, not the reaction.
Define the setup, invalidation, position size, and exit while the market is quiet. Do not negotiate risk once the trade is live.
Study decisions, not just profits and losses. Notice recurring patterns, correct them honestly, and let consistency develop through repetition.
The market does not reward prediction. It rewards preparation, patience, and the discipline to act only when the conditions are right.

Beginnings
Edge Your Trade is the education and coaching track within Edge Every Trade, designed to strengthen the mindset, risk discipline, and execution required for short-term and 0-DTE options trading.
This is not a signals service or a shortcut to quick profits. It is designed to help serious traders replace impulsive reactions with a disciplined, repeatable process.
Build emotional awareness so reactions become choices.
Define position size, invalidation, and loss limits before every trade.
Read context first, then decide whether conditions justify action.
A repeatable loop: plan in calm, execute with discipline, review without judgment.
Missing a move is not a loss. Forcing a trade often is.
Develop the mental strength to trade uncertainty on your own terms.
Having learned through costly mistakes and years of trial and error, Senthil created Mind & Mastery on 0-DTE to help traders avoid preventable patterns, shorten the learning curve, and develop the mental strength required to trade uncertainty.
Prepare the mind. Define the risk. Execute the process.
